Setting Enrollment Options
Enter medical waive reasons and employee cost calculations and determine whether to display employer costs for benefit plans during enrollments with the Enrollment Options form.
To enter enrollment options:
| 1. | Click Back Office. |
| 2. | From System|Change, select System Parameters. |
| 3. | Click the Actions menu and select Enrollment Options. The Enrollment Options form opens. |

Medical Waive Reasons |
Reasons for waiving medical insurance (such as other group medical coverage or covered by Medicare) that display in a list when the employee waives healthcare benefits for a spouse. |

Reasons for waiving medical insurance in Spanish. |

Valid Waiver Reason |
Indicates whether the reason is valid (Yes or No (default). When activating pending enrollments, all waiver reasons (valid or invalid) are included in the total waived employee count. |

Life Events - Documents Required |
The documents to use for life event enrollments. Documents entered in this panel are shown in the Specify Document(s) list in Life Event Maintenance where they can be selected to include in life event workflow codes. |

Include Employer Costs in Employee Self-Service |
Enables viewing of employer benefit plan contributions by employees during enrollment periods. You can override this setting at the client level in the Client DetailsBenefits tab. |

Basis for calculating employee costs (Per Month, Per Period). This setting determines how the system calculates employee costs to display for the benefit plan. You can override this setting at the client level in the Client Details Benefits tab. |

Require Approval for Proxy Enrollments |
Enables the requirement for administrative approval on proxy enrollments in Benefits Enrollment (PrismHR Benefits Enrollment only.) |

Auto post BE/OE enrollments when overlap with OE |
Allows the system to automatically create open enrollment records for employees who already have a benefit enrollment record that overlaps with open enrollment. |

Allow Actions on Dashboard for Service Provider Users Only |
Restrict access to actions on the dashboard to only allow service providers to access the Actions menu. |

Allow Edit Dependents in Enrollment Workflow |
Allows employees to make changes to their dependents during the Onboarding process and enrollment workflow. |

| 5. | Click Close to close this form at any time. All unsaved changes will be lost. |
