Turnover Dashboard

Use the Turnover Dashboard to view the company’s turnover information.

Total Employees = the number of employees who worked between the start and ends dates of the report, specifically those who started before the report’s end date and were not termed before the report’s start date
Termed Employees = the employees who have a terminated status with a date that falls between the report’s start and end dates

Turnover dashboard example

To display turnover statistics for employees:

1. Enter the Beginning Date.
2. Enter the Ending Date.
3. Select the Category to display.
4. Click and the information displays.
For each Reason, the system shows the number Terminated during the period and the Percent. The percentage is calculated by dividing the number of termed employees by the total number of employees and then multiplying by 100. In the example illustrated above, the voluntary termed employees count was calculated this way:

The pie chart displays the termed employees by reason. In the above example, there were eight employees termed during the specified period. Each of the three reasons other than voluntary only had one employee, so those slices are 1/8 of the pie. Voluntary displays as the other 5/8 of the pie.
