Allocated Tips By Payroll Report

This report displays the tip information for employees in a payroll, providing users with the data they need to check for any shortfall based on total receipts and direct tips for that payroll.

The Allocated Tips By Payroll Report is located in the Reports menu under Payroll|Report.

To run this report:

1. Enter the Payroll Number.
2. Click Run.

Allocated tips report example

The report columns are:

Employee: Employee ID.
Employee Name: Employee name displays as last name first.
Allocation Percentage: The allocation percentage defined in the Payroll tab of Client Details.
Tip Sales: Employee’s individual tip sales for the payroll.
Total Receipts: Sum of all tip sales.
Direct Tips: Employee’s reported tips.
Tip Shortfall: Amount of the shortfall for the payroll.
Tot Allocated Tips: Total amount of tips allocated to the employee.
