Viewing Invoice Details
Use the Invoice form to view the invoice details on the payroll.
To view invoice details on the payroll, do the following:
1. | Click a summary line to view the details (Gross Wages, Social Security & Medicare, and so on). |
The system displays the amounts for each employee in the payroll.
Use the Display Non-Zero Only option to hide or display rows where the bill amount is zero.
Click the Close button to return to the Invoice form.
2. | Click Accounting to view the your organization's G/L debit and credit details. |
Click Close to return to the Invoice form.
3. | Click Client Accounting to view the client's G/L debit and credit details. |
Click Close to return to the Invoice form.
4. | Click Display PDF to create and open a PDF version of the invoice using the client's Billing Format for both initialized and posted invoices. |
Click Download to save the invoice. You can also click Print in the upper-right corner to print the invoice.
Click Close to return to the Invoice form.
5. | If there are two or more invoices available, use the arrow buttons to page through the invoices. |
6. | Click Close when you are finished. |
